Business Hub is an IT solutions company that builds digital products and business systems for modern companies. These Terms apply to visitors, clients, registered users, subscribers, and anyone using our website, software, dashboards, communication channels, or services.

This page is a professional website terms template. For strict legal compliance, especially for signed contracts, payment disputes, consumer rights, taxation, data protection, or international clients, review it with a qualified legal professional before publishing.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing our website, contacting Business Hub, creating an account, using our software, or purchasing our services, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.

If you do not agree with these Terms, you should not use our website, software, dashboard, support, or services.

Some services may include a separate proposal, quotation, service agreement, software license, or project contract. If there is a conflict, the signed agreement will control that specific project.

2. Services We Provide

Business Hub provides IT solutions including ERP, CRM, POS, payroll, accounting systems, websites, dashboards, automation, software development, maintenance, and support.

Service scope, features, delivery timeline, pricing, and responsibilities will be defined in the quotation, proposal, invoice, or written project agreement.

We may improve, modify, remove, or update features to keep our services secure, stable, and aligned with business needs.

3. User Accounts and Access

Users are responsible for keeping account credentials, passwords, and access information secure.

You must provide accurate account and contact information when registering, requesting services, or communicating with Business Hub.

You must not share login access with unauthorized persons or use another user's account without permission.

Business Hub may suspend or restrict access if we detect misuse, security risk, unpaid invoices, false information, or violation of these Terms.

4. Client Responsibilities

Clients must provide accurate requirements, business rules, data, content, branding materials, feedback, and approvals on time.

Clients are responsible for reviewing project outputs, testing delivered features, and reporting issues within the agreed review period.

Delays in client feedback, content, payment, approvals, or third-party access may affect the project timeline.

Clients must ensure that any materials, images, documents, logos, or data provided to Business Hub are legally allowed to be used.

5. Pricing, Billing and Payment

Pricing may be project-based, subscription-based, monthly, yearly, milestone-based, or custom depending on the service.

Invoices, payment schedules, due dates, and accepted payment methods will be defined in the quotation or agreement.

Work may be paused, access may be limited, or delivery may be delayed if payments are overdue.

Setup fees, development fees, subscription fees, hosting fees, domain fees, third-party costs, maintenance fees, and support fees may be charged separately unless stated otherwise.

All paid amounts are generally non-refundable once work has started, unless a written agreement states otherwise.

6. Project Delivery, Revisions and Approval

Delivery timelines are estimates unless a written agreement confirms a fixed deadline.

Reasonable revisions may be included based on the approved scope. Extra changes, new features, or scope changes may require additional cost and time.

A project may be considered accepted when the client confirms approval, starts using the delivered system, or does not raise major issues within the agreed review period.

Urgent delivery, additional modules, custom integrations, redesigns, data migration, or third-party API work may require separate approval and pricing.

7. Software License and Usage

Software access may be provided as a license, subscription, hosted system, custom deployment, or project delivery based on the agreement.

Clients may not copy, resell, reverse engineer, redistribute, modify, or commercially exploit Business Hub software unless written permission is given.

For custom projects, ownership and usage rights will follow the written proposal or agreement.

Business Hub may use reusable components, internal frameworks, libraries, templates, and development methods across different projects.

8. Intellectual Property

Business Hub retains ownership of its brand, logo, internal tools, source libraries, frameworks, design systems, documentation, and reusable code unless transferred in writing.

Client-provided content, business data, logos, trademarks, and materials remain the property of the client.

Final ownership of custom deliverables, source code, designs, or project assets depends on the signed agreement and payment completion.

Business Hub may display completed projects in portfolio, case studies, or marketing materials unless confidentiality terms restrict this.

9. Confidentiality and Data Protection

We treat client business information, project data, credentials, documents, and private communication with reasonable confidentiality.

Clients should avoid sharing unnecessary sensitive information unless required for service delivery.

Both parties should protect confidential information and use it only for the intended project or service purpose.

Our handling of personal information is also explained in our Privacy Policy.

10. Third-Party Services

Some services may depend on third-party providers such as hosting companies, domain registrars, payment gateways, SMS gateways, email services, APIs, analytics, maps, or cloud platforms.

Business Hub is not responsible for downtime, pricing changes, policy changes, restrictions, data loss, or service issues caused by third-party providers.

Clients are responsible for third-party fees unless the agreement states that Business Hub will manage them.

11. Service Availability and Support

We work to keep our services reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or always-available service.

Maintenance, updates, server issues, third-party failures, internet problems, cyber incidents, or emergency fixes may affect availability.

Support scope, response time, maintenance period, and support channels will depend on the selected package or written agreement.

12. Limitation of Liability

Business Hub will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or business loss such as lost profit, lost revenue, lost data, or operational interruption.

Our liability for any claim related to a service is limited to the amount paid by the client for that specific service, unless applicable law requires otherwise.

Clients are responsible for maintaining their own business backups, compliance obligations, internal approvals, and operational decisions.

13. Termination or Suspension

Business Hub may suspend or terminate website access, software access, support, or services if a user violates these Terms.

Services may also be paused for unpaid invoices, harmful activity, unauthorized use, security threats, or misuse of company resources.

Clients may request cancellation based on the agreed contract, subscription, or service policy.

Termination does not remove the client's responsibility to pay due invoices, third-party costs, completed work, or agreed charges.

14. Changes to These Terms

Business Hub may update these Terms from time to time to reflect service changes, legal requirements, business updates, or security improvements. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised “Last updated” date. Continued use of our website or services after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
